At Porcelain, we stand behind our products with complete confidence. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your LED Rejuvenation Mask, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund—no questions asked.

How It Works:

✅ Eligibility: Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
✅ Condition: The mask must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
✅ Process:

  1. Contact our support team at support@porcelain.com to initiate your return.

  2. We’ll provide a prepaid return label (UK customers) or return instructions.

  3. Once received, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Exceptions:

❌ Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons, unless defective).
❌ Lost or damaged returns (we recommend using tracked shipping).
